Email support@memoize.studio — include your app version (Settings → About) and what you were doing when the problem occurred. We aim to reply within one business day.
Purchases & restoring Pro
- Restore a purchase: open the app → paywall or Settings → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- New device: install ClearInvoice, then Restore Purchases. Pro is a lifetime purchase tied to your Apple Account.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Backups & moving to a new device
- Back up: in the app, export a complete business-data backup and save the file somewhere safe (Files, iCloud Drive, or your computer).
- Restore: on the new device, import that backup file from within the app. All clients, items, and documents come back.
- Important: your data lives only on your device. Deleting the app deletes its local data, so export a backup first.
Getting paid
- ClearInvoice never processes payments — your client pays you directly using the payment instructions you write on the document.
- Add or edit your default payment instructions in your business profile; you can override them per document.
- When a client pays, mark the invoice as Paid to keep your records straight.
Free version limits
The free version includes 3 successful PDF exports, 3 saved clients, and 3 reusable items — with unlimited drafts and previews and every document feature included. ClearInvoice Pro — Lifetime removes the limits with one payment. No subscription.
